Trees Forever is excited to be part of the 4th Annual Natural Living Expo!
Mark Signs, Development and Marketing Director for Trees Forever, will be speaking on a panel about "Green Volunteering" on Saturday at 4:30 p.m. There will be more than 40 additional presentations in the Natural Living Education Series covering:
- Balanced Living - Learn ways to bring fun, relaxation, recreation and joy into our lives by scheduling these elements into our lives for a better work/life balance.
- Healthy Living - Discover ways to be well including tips on fitness, food, self care and holistic practitioner choices.
- Green Living - For many this involves recycling, reducing, re-using and restore. Go beyond the basic four elements and learn about sustainable living choices.
- Conscious Living - What it means to live mindfully & how to be a conscious consumer in a world of consumerism.
- Connected Living - The following questions will be addressed: How do we define community? What are opportunities to get involved and be connected to our community?
- Creative Living Stage - What would life be without music and art? Iowa musicians and artists will be featured in this first ever celebration.
