Native Prairie Plant Workshop, Shellsburg, IA
Trees Forevef is hosting a workshop to demonstrate the beauty and use of native grass and wildflower species. Steve Holland from the Iowa Living Roadway Trust Fund along with Trees Forever Field Coordinators will lead a walk through a prairie to learn native plant identification and how to use and care for native species in landscapes.
Anyone interested in learning about Iowa’s Native Prairie Plants, their identification and care are invited to attend.
