North Central Junior High students are involved in a day of service project each
year. This year they will assist in planting trees along the front of the school building for energy conservation, and as part of an ongoing effort to landscape the school grounds. This project is part of a larger landscaping project being planned by the school’s PTO. Linn County REC provides electric service to the school, and is funding this project to support the larger landscaping effort and to provide shade and energy-saving benefits to the school.
