Old Marion Road Street Tree Planting, Cedar Rapids, IA
Volunteers are welcome to help plant street trees along Old Marion Road NE in Cedar Rapids at a ceremonial tree planting in front of Discovery Living. This planting will provide shade and beauty along this frequently traveled road. Volunteers should dress for the weather and wear close-toed shoes.
The event is being coordinated by Trees Forever, the City of Cedar Rapids and Discovery Living, and is funded by the Alliant Energy We Dig Your District program.
