One of the popular speakers from Trees Forever’s 2010 Trees & Water Quality Symposium in Moline, Illinois, is coming to Iowa to present at another state conference. Those of you who attended our Symposium in Moline may remember
Randy Neprash, an engineer and stormwater specialist with the Bonestroo firm in Minnesota.
