How will my donation be spent?

However, if you wish to direct all or a portion of your donation to a specific community, please note that in the Comments section of the online donation form.

I have a question about the long-term health of a tree in my yard (or down the street or in my city’s park). Can you help? Our team of experts will do our best! First, we always recommend contacting a certified arborist to make a full assessment of your tree, its health, and any risk posed by the tree. A certified arborist in your area can be found on the International Society of Arboriculture’s website. Trees Forever staff is available for “light assessments” of tree health in your town (i.e. we can make simple tree risk assessments, but recommend professional tree services or consultants make full and final assessment if a tree should come down). You can also review our factsheets on recovering from natural disasters. Our staff can also talk with you about long-range planting plans and next steps for planting trees in your community or rural area.
I lost a tree in my yard. Can Trees Forever help me with a replacement? Trees Forever is working to develop a tree adoption program through Planting Hope and our partner communities to offer landscape-quality trees at minimal cost ($25-$35) for individual property owners. For those not able to afford the cost, accommodations will be made. Stay up-to-date on our social media and website for more information as we move forward!
I’m ready to volunteer! Where can I help? Thanks for being there with us! First, we recommend that you check with friends or family if they need help removing tree debris or contact your local city officials to see if they need assistance. Once clean-up is done, we’ll be shovel-ready to plant trees this fall. Please head over to our contact page, provide your information and select “volunteering.” We’ll contact you with volunteer opportunities in your area. During the on-going COVID-19 pandemic, all public health requirements are being followed at Trees Forever plantings.
I have a different question. This page is evolving as more questions come in. If we haven't answered your specific question yet, contact us here and we will get back to you with the answer.
