Willow's Story

As a little waterdrop, Willow Waters was named after one of the trees, shrubs, grasses and flowers that captures and cleans water. However as Iowa’s forests and woodlands are disappearing, Willow and her waterdrop friends have fewer opportunities to clean up.

Celebrating 20 Years of Working Watersheds: Buffers Beyond

Willow Waters is honored to help us highlight some of the great work landowners are doing to improve water quality. Look for Willow at our events and throughout our publications for the year. Her presence will help us cheer on trees that soak up and filter water, landowners' conservation efforts and other stories focusing on water quality!

If you would like Willow Waters to highlight your water quality initiative with Trees Forever, contact Jackie Wedeking.
